The incredible James Wong’s GROW FOR FLAVOUR is published today by Mitchell Beazley (Octopus Publishing) in association with the Royal Horticultural Society. James trained at the Royal Botanical Gardens, Kew and gained an MSc in Ethnobotany from the University of Kent, graduating with distinction. He’s designed two RHS medal winning gardens!
