Evie Wyld shortlisted for the Western Australian Premier’s Book Awards

More brilliant news for Evie Wyld.
Evie has been shortlisted for the West Australian Premier’s Book Award for her novel ALL THE BIRDS, SINGING in the fiction category. If successful in her category she will go forward for the Premier’s Award.
This comes after winning the 2014 Miles Franklin literary award, Australia’s most prestigious literary award that celebrates Australian literature that features aspects of Australian life.
Wyld’s novel, a dark tale centred around the mysterious deaths of a protagonist’s sheep, has won multiple awards since its release, including the Encore Award and a Jerwood Fiction Uncovered prize. It was also shortlisted for the Costa Novel Award and longlisted for the Bailey’s Women’s Prize.
