OUR COMMISSION:
Our commission to which VAT must be added is: 15% for book rights (except for translation rights and all overseas sales, including the USA, where the total of 20% includes the 10% commission retained by our overseas or foreign rights associate where we need to use one - any variation which may be applicable to Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese and Hebrew sales is fully explained in our letter of engagement); 15% for articles, newspaper columns, short stories; 20% for on-line, multimedia and computer software; 15% for film and TV rights unless mutually agreed otherwise.
